Sony VAIO UX50 review plus more!
Topics in this Podcast:
Today I give the first full audio review of the VAIO UX50, provided to us by the good people at Dynamism. Read my full text review for Digital Trends here for more information. Also check out the DT Dads and Grads gift guide while you’re at it.
Bose has released their QuietComfort 3 headphones on the world. I thought the QC2s were good, but the added lithium ion rechargeable pack and smaller size make the third revision sound pretty good. Just watch out for that price tag! Ouch!
Microsoft’s next generation OS, Vista is available for download, as long as you don’t mind beta testing it and getting locked in to the OS once it is released. Fun, if you don’t use your PC for anything important.
Apple and Creative sue each other like a bunch of sissies, Norway smacks down the Apple DRM in iTunes, and the U2 iPod get s (ho-hum) update.
Sony releases specs on the Alpha A100 digital SLR camera. They look really nice, too. Net2Phone sues Skype/Ebay because that’s what all the cool kids are doing. And, last but not least, LaLa.com lets you swap CDs for only $1/CD. Hey, if AllOfMP3.com gets shut down, this may be the way to go!
